Sh Ahmed Naffaa
Sh Ahmed Naffaa teaches in Mishkah’s ISHSC Program. He is currently working on his PhD dissertation in Islamic studies in English at the Faculty of Languages and Translation at Al-Azhar University. He obtained his MA and BA degrees in the same field with an outstanding academic record. He has achieved many ijazat in Quran and hadith under the guidance of senior Muslim scholars, as well as numerous awards in Quranic memorization and khatabah.
Sh Naffaa, who memorized the entire Quran by the age of 7, is currently an assistant lecturer at Al-Azhar University and is also an Imam and Muslim speaker. He lived in Australia for 7 years, serving in various positions including as an Imam, marriage counselor, fatwa council member, youth mentor, psycho-spiritual therapist, and Islamic Studies instructor and curriculum developer. Sh Naffaa was previously also a government-appointed Imam at the Ministry of Islamic Endowments (Awqaf) in Cairo, Egypt. He has also taught Quran and Quranic and Classical Arabic for many years.
