Dr Samar Al-Majaideh
Dr Samar Al-Majaideh teachers the course Manners at Mishkah University. She also manages research projects for the Islamic Schools League of America (ISLA), where she conducts studies about Islamic schools. Her research focuses on organizational behavior and dynamics related to leadership models and organizational success. She earned a Master’s Degree and Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. A lifelong learner, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Sciences and Arabic language from the American Open University, which is affiliated with Al-Azhar University, Cairo.
During her career, Dr. Al-Majaideh served in various capacities including teaching, director of student development, head of the Islamic Studies & Quran department, and principal of many Islamic schools. Furthermore, she is a certified evaluator with extensive experience serving on schools and systems accreditation review teams.
Dr Al-Majaideh believes that education and specifically Islamic education, plays a fundamental role in bringing about social change. Dr. Al-Majaideh is a firm believer that Islamic values are unique and that its teaching strategies should be adapted to address the increasing challenges of modern society.
