Your privacy is very important to us. Based on our policy, no personal information about you is collected when you visit an official Mishkah website unless you choose to either apply to one of our programs or donate to us.
If you choose to share information with us – by sending us a message or filling an electronic form with personal information – we will use this information only for the purpose you authorize. Some of the information may be saved for a designated period to comply with Florida’s archiving policies, but we will not disclose the information to third parties or other government agencies, unless required to do so by state or federal law or with your specific permission. Your electronic personal information is never shared and is always protected by 256-bit encryption. The information you provide to us is stored and processed by internationally known third-party solutions designed for educational institutions to make your online learning possible.
DONATIONS
All donations/payments made on our website using credit/debit card are processed directly by our merchant service providers Authorize.net and PayPal. Both Merchant service providers utilize end-to-end PCI-compliant solutions which meet all government and banking institution requirements defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council.
The information you provide is used to process donors’ contributions, provide donation/tax receipts, generate donor reports, contact the user in case we have technical issues processing a donation, and to send program materials.
GDPR
The EU’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) is in effect, and we support these regulations which further secure the internet and enable individual privacy for each user. If you are a visitor/customer located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described above will depend on the personal information concerned and the specific context in which we collect it. We will normally collect personal information from you only where we have your consent to do so, where we need the personal information to perform a contract with you, guide you to a specific program to which you desire to enroll in or where the processing is in our legitimate business interests.
