ISHSC Enrollment Policies
Students applying to Mishkah University’s Islamic Studies High School Certificate Program must meet the criteria below.

- The applicant must be a high school student, grades 9-12. (Please see notes below)
- 8th grade students may be accepted into the programs under exceptional case by case circumstances.
- The applicant cannot be enrolled with a contracted high school under Mishkah’s Dual Enrollment Program. (We encourage students in the same city to enroll with our partner schools. Students who are unable to enroll in our partner program or who do not live in a city that has a school that partners with Mishkah can enroll in the online program.)
- To apply students must submit the following:
- An online application carefully filled out with the assistance of the legal guardian.
- Legal guardians must also sign the application, acknowledging they understand all the requirements of the program and the expectations Mishkah has of their learners.
- An official grade report from the previous year from the student’s school. Grade reports must be in English, notarized, and emailed directly to Mishkah’s Admission Office at registrar-ISHSC@mishkahu.com.
- A copy of the student’s official birth certificate or passport bio page.
- There is a $65 non-refundable application fee, which must be submitted with application form to be considered.
- After the application is submitted, the admission office and registrar will review and process the application for approval.
- Once the student has been admitted, active students will then be referred to the Academic Advisor for course recommendation, based on their grade level and skills.
- Special Discount: The tuition fee for high school students is $100 per credit hour. This discount will be determined and announced prior to each semester.

Enrollment Notes
- The ISHSC program is primarily for high school students who are under 18.
- Any student who turns 18 while in the ISHSC program will automatically be transferred into the main University program as a non-degree student. However, if they have already earned 30 credits (the maximum allowed for a non-degree student) they will need to apply for the Associate/BA degree program and all application requirements will apply.
- Students under 17 who have already graduated and have a high school diploma may opt to enroll as ISHSC students or may choose to enroll directly in the main program.
