UstHamzahRaza teaches Islamic Apologetics at Mishkah University. He is currentlycompleting his PhD in Religious Studies at the University of Cape Town and is also enrolled in theAlimiyyah Program atAl Azhar Seminary. ShHamzahearned a Master of Theological Studies with a concentration in Islamic Studies from the Harvard Divinity School, and a BA in Religious Studies from Vanderbilt University, where he received the highest honors for his Senior Thesis.As an Islamic Studies instructor, he has taught diverse groups of students from around the world various subjects including Arabic and Islamic History. Ust.Hamzahhas written for several publications – his work includes articles onthe application of Islamic law within the modern context, as well as current issues that impact the Muslim community. He has also editedarticles on Islamic history, jurisprudence, and legal theory.
